Artist Promo Package

Payments Initial payment of 50% due before design work begins

50% balance due before artwork is sent to print Finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on all overdue balances. Submission of a payment of any kind signifies agreement to all terms stated within this document.

Artwork Client agrees to submit 5 original pieces of artwork by email within 14 days of initial payment. Client understands that all artwork submitted must be his/her property and he/she has the proper licensing for said images. sadlittles.com is not responsible for proprietaryor licensing violations, and/or image infringement, plagerisms and/or likeness of any kind, published or non-published. Artists agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all liability arising from or as a result of SadLittles Publication, whether internet or print. Sadlittles.com, It’s its contracted and/or licensed affiliates owners, partners, shareholders shall be held harmless for all such matters having to do with artists submissions.

Artwork-to-print submissions must be at least 300 dpi.

Until full payment has been made, Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliate Exclusive Design Graphics retain ownership of all original artwork or parts contained therein, whether preliminary or final. Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliate Exclusive Design Graphics retain the rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, marketing materials, and portfolio. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements. Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliate Exclusive Design Graphics retain the right to place a graphic or text link to www.sadlittles.com and/or www.exclusivedesigngraphics.com on completed websites and logo or reference to SadLittles.com and it’s affiliate Exclusive Design Graphics on any print material.

PROOFING OF FINAL PROJECT

The designer Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliates, shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any grammatical and spelling errors, before giving the final product to the client. It is agreed that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final product. It is agreed that the designer Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliates, is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final product after the final product has been committed to print or posted in view of the public.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

In the event any material necessary for the production of the project must be shipped to a third party for additional processing, typesetting, photographic work, color separation, press work, or binding, the designer will incur no liability for losses incurred in transit, or due to the delay of the shipper of the third party.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of the project, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be returned and retained by Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliates, and a fee for work completed, based on the contract price and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between the client and Sadlittles.com and it’s affiliate, Exclusive Design Graphics unless consent has been granted by both parties involved.

Sketch Cards for Artist Promo Package

Sketch Cards will be shipped directly to client who is responsible for drawing or having drawn 1000 sketch cards and then sent to:

Client agrees to send the completed sketch cards within 14 days of receipt of cards,

If cards are not received or only partial cards are received, sadlittles.com has the right to package post the Card Sets for sale using less than 1000 sketch cards.

Artist agrees to the submission guidelines for sketch cards.

GUIDELINES MAY INCLUDE:

SadLittles.com reserves the right of refusal for images deemed inappropriate with regard to excessive or offensive nudity, gore, profanity, political, sexual, racially-charged representations, submissions.

Miscellaneous

These stated and referenced Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance by the laws of the state of Missouri without regard to conflicts of such law rules. In the event of any dispute and/or conflict that arise from these terms, the matter will be governed and resolved according to the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms submit to jurisdiction in Missouri and any such disputes shall be settled in the state or federal courts of the State of Missouri. Users from outside the United States using and/or accessing this Web site please be advised that the services and/or products provided by this Web site may not be available and/or may be prohibited in your country.

These stated and referenced Terms of Use constitute the agreement between you and Sadlittles.com regarding the subject matter stated and referenced and they supersede any previous written or oral agreement between parties with respect to the subject matter.
